Solution
To address the challenges faced by the website, the following solution were implemented:
- Grievance Reorganization: We conducted a thorough review of existing grievances and reorganized them into logical categories based on region and type of violation. This streamlined navigation and made it easier for users to find relevant information quickly. Utilized clear headings, subheadings, breadcrumbs, and more descriptive URLs.
- Mobile-Friendly Design: Implemented a responsive web design framework to ensure the website was fully optimized for mobile devices. This included adopting a mobile-first approach to design, optimizing page layouts and content display for smaller screens, and prioritizing performance and load times. Tested the website across various devices and screen sizes to ensure a seamless user experience on mobile platforms.
- Concise Information Presentation: Condensed and summarized information to present grievances in a concise and digestible format. Utilized clear and concise language, bullet points, and visual elements to convey key points quickly. Incorporated interactive elements where appropriate to engage users and enhance understanding of complex issues.
- User-Centric Design: Prioritize user needs and preferences throughout the design and development process. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement. Incorporate user feedback to refine the website's layout, navigation, and content presentation, ensuring that it meets the needs of its target audience effectively.
