Helping launch a brand new national organization with a clear mission, a strong identity, and a comprehensive website that protects veterans, educates companies, and strengthens accountability throughout the VA claims system.

Project Snapshot

The National Association for Veterans Rights (NAVR) is a newly formed organization created to defend the rights of America’s veterans and bring transparency and integrity to the disability claims ecosystem. NAVR works with lawmakers, advocates, and companies serving veterans to ensure ethical practices, accurate claims support, and consistent national standards.

As a brand new organization, NAVR had no digital presence. They needed a complete website from the ground up. Crosby Creative Co. designed and built a full platform that introduces the mission, educates the public, guides companies into compliance, and establishes NAVR as a leading voice in veterans rights and accountability.

The result is a serious, trustworthy, and modern website that communicates authority while staying clear, accessible, and easy to navigate.

The Problem

As a brand new national organization, NAVR needed to introduce itself with clarity and authority. There was no existing website, no prior messaging framework, and no central hub for educating veterans or informing companies about compliance expectations.

No unified digital identity

Without a website, NAVR had no place to articulate its mission or present itself as a credible authority in the veterans rights space.

No platform to explain the crisis in VA claims

NAVR fights for transparency, standards, and ethical practices in a complicated and inconsistent system. Without a website, there was no way to present national data, delayed claim timelines, or systemic problems in a way the public could understand.

No structured information for companies

NAVR offers a full certification program for organizations serving veterans, but the standards, requirements, and expectations needed a dedicated home.

No membership or advocacy infrastructure

NAVR needed a site that could support recruiting, ongoing member communication, and large scale advocacy work across multiple states.

In short, NAVR needed a full digital foundation. Something substantial. Something authoritative. Something capable of supporting a national mission from day one.

Our Solution

We built NAVR’s website as a complete organizational launch platform. Every section was designed to educate, clarify, and elevate the mission.

1. Created a strong, credible homepage

The homepage opens with a clear identity statement. National Association for Veterans Rights. Supporting sections explain the mission, present national VA backlog statistics, and feature a video introduction to establish trust and transparency. A news module keeps the page fresh and signals active advocacy.

2. Built a complete mission and organizational overview

The Overview and Mission page introduces NAVR’s purpose and lays out exactly who they serve. We structured this page to showcase leadership, articulate core values, and explain what veterans are facing today.

3. Presented veterans rights issues in a readable format

This section breaks down national problems, legislative battles, and threats to veterans rights. The content is approachable without losing seriousness.

4. Designed the Certification Standards system

We created a clear structure for NAVR’s compliance framework with three certification tiers. Each tier has its own requirements, benefits, and expectations, helping companies understand what ethical service looks like. A direct contact form sits beside the standards, making it easy for interested organizations to get in touch.

5. Built a Membership page aligned with NAVR’s mission

Membership benefits, representation details, access to information, and monthly briefings are presented clearly. Threats to veterans rights are spelled out, giving potential members a reason to join and support NAVR’s work.

6. Structured a national scale News hub

Dozens of articles are organized in a clean grid. Visitors can scan headlines or read deeper legislative updates. The News hub positions NAVR as a real voice in the national conversation.

7. Added calls to action throughout

Email signup modules appear on every major page, reinforcing NAVR’s role as an active advocacy organization. Join Today buttons create a consistent membership funnel.

The Design

Results & Impact

The new NAVR website immediately establishes the organization as a trusted national authority on veterans rights. Visitors can understand the mission, review the standards, read the latest news, and join the effort without confusion or friction. The platform is designed for long term growth, giving NAVR the structure it needs to educate the public, influence legislation, and protect veterans across the country.

NAVR now has a professional, mission aligned digital home that reflects exactly what the organization stands for. Integrity. Accountability. Service to those who served.
