Biography
Paul Crosby is a seasoned web developer and digital strategist with over a decade of experience building high-performance websites and online platforms. A graduate of Franciscan University with dual degrees in History and Philosophy, Paul began his career in campaign finance, serving as treasurer for multiple state and federal political committees.
In 2013, Paul pivoted into web development, launching his technical career at Actualize Studio before advancing through six years as a government contractor at Kauffman & Associates, where he rose from Junior Developer to Senior Developer.
In 2018, Paul founded Crosby Creative Co., a digital agency that has since delivered hundreds of custom websites and digital solutions for organizations ranging from nonprofits and businesses to national political campaigns and advocacy groups.
With deep expertise in Drupal and WordPress, he combines technical precision with a strategic understanding of messaging, branding, and audience engagement.
Today, Paul leads Crosby Creative Co. as Project Manager & Lead Developer, helping clients transform their vision into modern, accessible, and results-driven online experiences.
